A glass of fizz before a meal can be among the most enjoyable drink experiences. Both champagne and prosecco have lovely bubbles, but they taste quite different. Why? How are they made?
Wake up your tastebuds and join me on Monday 14 August to discover the process involved in making the bubbles, key to the flavour and style you find in the glass.
We will taste two prosecco and four quality champagnes, including Laurent Perrier, Veuve Clicquot, Moët & Chandon Brut and Imperial Rosé. Raise your glass. £25 per person, payable in advance.
